1500 Berliners against the opening of the clubs
Hundreds of inflatable boats on the Landwehrkanal in Kreuzberg, bright sunshine, countless onlookers on the banks. The colorful protest action against the dying of Berlin’s club and rave culture turned into a mass party on the weekend of Whitsun – without minimum distance, and mostly without mouthguards. The police intervened in the end, and the senate’s interior administration already warned against putting the long-awaited corona loosening at risk.
It almost looks like they are doing everything they can not open the clubs in Berlin. There have been many arguments that the techno people at open airs can keep the distance and have a lot of responsibility. They’ve proven that they apparently can’t. Thank you!
